I'd already gotten more into SGS We The People, but I keep coming back to Birth Of America 2 as one of my faves overall. Both offer unique experiences. Though I do think that one of the devs from AGEOD did work for SGS on We The People, so interesting ties always throughout game development circles.

Loose Files And American Scramble is an extremely approachable yet subtly detailed little rule set, buried in an old copy of Wargames Illustrated magazine, which included it in one of its issues. For some reason I just needed a reset for the blog as a whole. Call it a clean out of the mind. Same theme, all things gaming . Mostly I end up gaming war , but other games hop on the tabletop virtual and real from time to time. Latest game brought to my attention is. The Planet King, El Rey Planeta , produced by NAC Wargames, designed by Ivan Notario. In Sep News... One battle (set of battles) I just read about that I want to game out some time is the 2nd Battle Of Trenton (Battle Of Assunpick Creek / Battle Of Princeton 1777. A pitched portion of the Battle Of Princeton, 1777 A remarkable piece of tactical operational adjustment in this battle. Just a master work of fighting with inferior forces against a formidable seasoned enemy.
